Ingredients
1/4 cup ChocZero Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
1/2 cup Heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk beverage for nut-free)
1 tsp Peppermint extract (to taste)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
If you want a stronger peppermint flavor, feel free to adjust the amount of peppermint extract.
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
When making your coffee, use 1/4 cup of this delightful creamer for every 8-ounce cup.
Store the creamer in a jar or bottle in the refrigerator. It may thicken when cold, but it will become liquid again when added to hot coffee. Alternatively, bring it to room temperature for use in iced coffee.
