Preparation

  1. In a skillet over high heat, heat oil.

  2. Add ground beef and stir-fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for approximately 7-10 minutes until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.

  3. Stir in taco seasoning until well combined. Optionally, add 1/4 cup of water when adding the seasoning and let it simmer briefly.

  4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and toss together with the ground beef.
