Ingredients
1 13.5-oz can Coconut milk (cold; use only cream and discard coconut water)
1 cup Heavy cream (or more coconut milk/cream for dairy-free/paleo)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 cups Ice cubes
Preparation
In a blender, blend together all the ingredients except the ice for 20 seconds.
Add ice cubes and pulse again until the ice is just crushed, but not longer (to avoid it becoming too watery).
Enjoy your refreshing keto milkshake!
